| Siloam Center for the Blind opened International Center for the Disabled People on June 2015 with the support of Seoul. Based on last experiences making efforts for welfare and self-reliance of the blind in Korea, Siloam Center for the Blind started overseas projects supporting people with disabilities who are in need in developing countries.
Siloam Center for the Blind supported people with disabilities in 7 developing countries (Laos, Mongolia, Uzbekistan, Kyrgyzstan, Philippines, Tanzania, and Republic of Karakalpakstan in 2015 through International Center for the Disabled People In 2016, Siloam Center for the Blind is supporting vocational rehabilitation project, medical support project, mobility support project of the disabled, education support project, informatization support project, and Braille book production project in Uzbekistan, Kyrgyzstan, Laos, Mongolia, Sri Lanka, Vietnam, and Philippines based on each country’s property.
