Siloam Center for the Blind has signed a MOU with the Lao Association of the Blind(LAB) in April, 2015. The project started in May such as contents as the advanced Korean Massage Technique training to the Laos Blind People. Training program of the local massager has been conducted for 5 months from May through September. Also, there has been professional massager empowerment training (Advanced Korean Massage Technique) implemented to the currently working blind massagers. In addition, the donation ceremony was held on the 18th September (Friday) as the center renovating old parts of the massage center, delivering rehabilitation assistive devices (white canes), braille paper, etc. It is putting great effort into the support for rehabilitation of the blind people.

Siloam Center for the Blind signed MOU with Lao Association of the Blind and Lao Disabled People´s Association on August 2016 and held a donation ceremony on November 4. Siloam Center for the Blind has been supporting empowerment training for blind masseurs and Braille textbook production for the blind to Lao Association of the Blind since last year. Siloam Center for the Blind donated 3 vehicles for call taxi for the disabled to Lao Disabled People´s Association in order to improve poor mobility of people with disabilities. Siloam Center for the Blind has made efforts for welfare of people with disabilities in Laos. Also, Siloam Center for the Blind had donation ceremonies with Laos National Ophthalmology Center, Champasak Provincial Hospital, and Khammouane Provincial Hospital and supported eye surgery equipment and materials, eye medical team's invitation training in Korea, etc.
